WOW Action Team Expectations
The following is expected of all WOW Action Team Members:
- have a passion for Christ, youth and water sports.
- have a calling (from God) to this ministry
- be member of and regularly attend a Christian church
- regularly read and study Bible � preferably in a group Bible Study
- have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- open to help out where needed
- be a member of USA Waterski
- regularly pray for the ministry and it's staff and participants
It is required that all WOW boat drivers:
- be a member of USA Waterski
- be certified by USA Waterski to drive
It is required that all WOW boat providers:
- list USA Waterski as additionally insured on your boat insurance policy
It is required that all WOW coaches:
- be USA Waterski Level One Instructor certified
It is required that all WOW host families:
- have an umbrella insurance policy on their property
It is preferable that all WOW Action Team Members:
- have CPR and First Aid training
- have Water Safety Instruction
- have a Boat Driving License
- be able to assist in transporting kids to/from small group
D-Group Team Member Duties Include:
- be present at 80% of your small group dates
- * advance notice of dates unable to attend required, please list dates unavailable on this application.
- arrive to WOW location � hour before start time for prayer & depart at close of session
- be responsible for 1 devotion time, 1 opening prayer, and 1 closing prayer per season
- initiate purposeful conversation and develop friendships with all participants
- assist in instruction of water sports � please keep in mind you may not have the opportunity to ski/ride
- send a note in the mail at least once per summer to each youth in your group
